RULES FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF MANUSCRIPTS SUBMITTED TO THE JOURNAL
Manuscript Registration
Upon submission, the manuscript is registered and forwarded to the editorial board for initial consideration.
Peer Review
After consideration by the editorial board, the manuscript is sent to a specialist in the relevant field for peer review.
Revision of the Manuscript
If the review is unsatisfactory, the manuscript is returned to the author for correction of deficiencies and revision.
Resubmission
The revised manuscript prepared by the author is accepted for publication review for a second time.

PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING ARTICLE MANUSCRIPTS
General Information
Every article submitted to the journal "CURRENT PROBLEMS OF THE MODERN STATE, SOCIETY AND LAW" is subject to mandatory peer review. This process remains confidential for both authors and reviewers. The editorial office engages reviewers from among the members of the editorial board as well as external experts.
Requirements for Reviewers
A reviewer must hold an academic degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Economic Sciences and, where necessary, possess extensive experience in the field of economics. After an article is accepted for consideration, it is registered, reviewed by the editorial board, and then forwarded to a specialized reviewer.
Evaluation Criteria
- Scientific quality of the manuscript
- Significance of the research problem
- Originality and informational value
- Compliance of the topic with the journal's editorial requirements
Review Period
The manuscript is reviewed within 15 working days, and the review report is submitted to the editorial office in the form of a written recommendation.
Possible Reviewer Decisions
- Recommend the manuscript for publication
- Return the manuscript to the author for revision and improvement
- Submit the manuscript for a second round of review
- Reject the manuscript with a justified explanation
Appeal Procedure
If the author disagrees with the reviewer's conclusions, the author may submit a reasoned response to the editorial office. The revised manuscript may then be sent back to the reviewer for reconsideration. If the opinions of the author and reviewer are reconciled, the manuscript may be recommended for publication.
